In the fitness market, these equipment are very popular and of often used. There are few disadvantages of these equipment and that they are very prone to cause injuries. One of the popular product is the Bowflex. You have to expect that you will about 1500 dollars to 2000 dollars for these type of home gyms. And as for my home gym review, I will give it a 4 out of 10.

Lastly will be the most effective yet the inexpensive ones. This rely mostly on the elastic bands and produce resistance. The resistance bands are used along with proper anchoring systems and quality systems. They are very portable and simply place them in the bag. Top home gym that has resistance bands is bodylastics. This system is set to produce up to 250lbs of resistance and it will only cost you around $50 to $100. I will give this system a perfect 10 for my home gyms review.

Out of all the three types of home gym, I would highly recommend a home gym that rely on resistance bands. It does not matter whether the person who is going to use is a beginner or have years of training, the resistance band is the most effective out of the three systems that I have reviewed. If you are worried about injuries, don’t be as there has been no injuries on resistance band and it is long lasting. With the resistance band it is effective in building flexibility and are also used in sports training and in martial arts.
